At Gauged Solutions we are constantly looking to recruit new people into our business, mainly in associate roles, some permanent. The roles that we look to fulfil are often specialist, be it technical, engineering, legal or training. The client base we work with has been honed from over eight years of relationship building so we obviously want to ensure that whoever joins us, irrespective as to whether they are an associate or full time, they must be right for us and we for them. We look to recruit men and women, who are risk management professionals and have a like-minded interest in delivering a high quality service to an array of blue chip clients dispersed throughout the globe.
The work that we offer is varied and can consist of working with clients on their sites delivering high value safety coaching to specialist engineering consultancy and training work, to working as an e-auditor carrying out office based audits to third party clients. In addition we run in-company NEBOSH and IOSH training, and we try to ensure that our instructors are matched to, and have attained relevant experience, working in the environments our clients operate.
Internationally, we try to recruit people to work with us form the local region, but we adopt the same philosophy, in that the instructor is right for the client and has the relevant experience.
