About Gauged Solutions

Our History

Gauged Solutions was established in 2011 by Glenn Ridsdale, who had formerly worked in aeronautical, power and electrical engineering design roles, consisting of both senior engineering and HSE positions.

After 20+ years working with FTSE 100 blue chip organisations and with a real passion for risk management, Glenn decided to establish Gauged Solutions and bring his skills and experience to a wider network of people and organisations. His passion for supporting and enabling organisations of all sizes to develop, enhance and build their safety culture DNA is only exceeded by his desire to help their greatest assets - their people.

It wasn’t long before Glenn was joined by an excellent group of like-minded professionals, whose desire from the outset was to develop Gauged Solutions into the international award-winning training and consultancy business it has become.

Our vision is to leave an indelible footprint wherever we work and originates from feedback we received from a client in 2014 and has become our unique hallmark or "footprint" representing the truly first class service we aim to deliver to our valued clients.

To date we have left our footprint on five of the world’s seven continents and have met some truly amazing people along the way, making our client and partner base second to none.

Most importantly of all however, has been ensuring that we have made a real and visible difference to the hundreds of clients we have worked alongside and thousands of their  workforce, many of whom have become firm friends.
