The course is designed for business leaders and managers requiring an understanding of the key elements of ISO 45001 and the key requisites to achieve, manage and sustain an accredited health and safety management system.
Learning Outcomes:-
1. Recognise the purpose & benefits of adopting and ISO 14001 Occupational health and safety management system (OH&S) within an organisation
2. Compare ISO 45001 with other OH& S systems including OHASAS18001
3. Identify the key sections within ISO45001 including Annex SL Clause, and their integration with their management systems (ISO 9000 & ISO 14001) and other business processes
4. Recognise the importance of top management commitments and worker involvement in supporting and sustaining effective (OH /7 S0 systems including identifying food examples
5. Assess exiting OH& S systems to identify areas for design and development to meet the requirements and expectations of ISO 45001
The course is supported through a series of exercises that will be undertaken throughout the course to enable delegates to assess their existing OH & S systsm/s and identify areas for design and development so as to meet the requirements and expectations of ISO 45001
