July has been an "electric" and "eclectic" month for the Gauged Solutions team.
Our specialist LV and HV work has included:-
- Ongoing hosting of interview panels for electrical safety rules for BIG
- Individual 1:2:1 design and delivery of Gridcode training for Orsted
Our auditing services have comprised of :-
- High level ISO45001 audit report of renewable energy plant for BIG
- 200+ SSIP audits for CHAS, making our annual CHAS audits in excess of 1200 to date
..... and we successful passed our own ISO45001 certification audit to demonstrate we practice what we preach!
Our virtual training team have been busy with IOSH courses throughout July and further courses are already booked for August and September. We are delighted that we also have delegates for our new NEBOSH Incident Investigation course, commencing September.
Businesses are clearly looking to the future and we have held several positive business meetings on additional training and consultancy services including CDM2015 compliance, Principal Designer roles, interim health and safety services and design of management systems and procedures.
The month ahead looks just as busy and sees us commence a detailed behavioural safety research project and course design along with leadership training.
Finally, we are delighted that our coaching & mentoring support has contributed to our coachee attaining a fantastic senior HSE position with Amazon. Well done David!
