Another busy week for Gauged Solutions working with some fantastic people within Operations and Senior Management in Capital Projects at Northern Gas Networks.
A project that has extended across the length and breadth of Northern England and lead by the head of HSE Andrew Grant, focussing on the importance of non-technical skills including human factors in effective risk management incorporating communication, human error & stress awareness.
Excellent interactive sessions with super feedback, building on their management, leadership and non-technical skillset.
