They operate across five continents and their storage, refining, supply, retail, business to business, wholesale, aviation, bunker and LPG businesses help to fuel growth in fast growing markets
Puma Energy approached Gauged Solutions to support their business with the development of a four day operational safety excellence training package. The course had to be bespoke to the needs of the Puma business, and had to ensure that it was targeted at the right level, being engineering and supervisory management.
Working collaboratively with the senior HSE professionals within the business, we thrived on developing an intensive four day training programme that not only delivered and indeed exceeded the requirements and expectation of the business but had the delegates waxing lyrical about the course including comments such as

Overall the course rated as excellent. So the work in the design and scoping phase really paid dividends. It was split into modules covering
- Hazard recognition and integrated risk control measures and documentation
- Safety monitoring techniques and incident accident correlation
- Root cause analysis and effective report writing skills
- Human factors and behavioural based safety-A basic understanding
