Dr Michael Nates has over 25 years’ experience in HSE and sustainability, leadership, organisational growth and transformation. Contexts include HSSE management, project development and execution, governance, asset management, assurance and due diligence.  

Trained as a Mechanical Engineer and having worked within corporate, consultancy and NGO roles, Michael is a Fellow of IEMA and IIRSM. He is a certified Executive Coach and Doctor of Business Administration with a proven track record of developing and scaling teams to match aggressive expansion and project targets. 

Michael has a suite of management and technical experience that enables him to support Gauged Solutions in coaching, advising and leading our clients with sustainable HSE and business organisational change strategies.
