Keith is a qualified Health & Safety professional with over 40 years of experience in the high-risk environments of high voltage electricity, petrochemicals, offshore energy and construction.

With NLP skills and psychology-based qualifications added to his health and safety portfolio, Keith is a highly respected consultant to major UK and international companies seeking to enhance their health & safety performance and thus productivity and profit margins through the safe delivery of key projects.

Bringing a capability to enthuse and inspire the full cross section of a Client’s management and workforce, Keith has successfully delivered behavioural change programmes in the UK, Spain, France and Poland.  He has also been able to help Clients through short-term project management secondment by fulfilling dual roles as Site Manager and Health & Safety Manager to ensure a continuity of role cover whilst Clients seek permanent post-holders.

Never afraid to get hands-on and always seeking to coach others to do it safely (even when no-one is watching them), Keith is also a key member of the Gauged Solutions SSIP assessment team.
